What to Expect at Your NO SWEAT INTRO

At TAP into Fitness & Nutrition our goal is to help you meet your goals in the most fun and efficient way without injuries or judgements. The first step to meeting your health and fitness goals is to schedule a free NO SWEAT INTRO with one of your coaches. So what is a No Sweat Intro?


We are in the business of helping people. We want to spend 30 minutes one-on-one with you to learn how we can best help you and so you can see if we are a good fit.


Getting to know you

We want to learn about you, about your past experiences with fitness, any obstacles or challenges that may hinder you, and the things you enjoy doing. Anything you’ve struggled or succeeded with in the past.


Understanding your goals

We want to learn your “Why”. What drives you? What motivates you? We want to find out what your health and fitness goals are so we can help you find the best ways to reach them.


There will be no measuring!

Unlike most gyms and programs we put more stake, weight, or value in the way you feel rather than how you look. Now, don’t get us wrong if your goal is to look better. We are experts at helping to change habits to accomplish that goal, too, but our first and primary goal is to help you feel better physically but also about yourself. Feeling stronger, more confident, and more energy to tackle life’s challenges that are thrown your way. The testing ground are the workouts and I think we all know they’re not going to be a walk on the beach.

We then join you in creating a customized plan to help you meet your individual goals, times, and finances.
