We invite you to visit us for a free No-Sweat Intro (consultation) to see in person what we offer at TAP. You'll get to meet your coach, check out the facility, and discuss your background and goals. You’re initial No-sweat intro session is complimentary and our way to show you how much we care in diagnosing what your best program is based off what your current and future goals are with having your history in mind. We also have "First Friday Free" (classes free to anyone with a link to the schedule).
